Judy talks with Megan Migyanko about the creation of a mural depicting the Borough of Emsworth past and present. This is a cooperative effort with Bellevue Forward. The community is invited to two listening sessions, December 11 (6-8 pm) and December 13 (10 am-noon) at the Emsworth Borough Building to hear ideas and thoughts on the mural.
